RETURNS Policy:

At LeatherLuxe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and our Returns Policy is designed to ensure a hassle-free experience. Please review the following guidelines for returns:
  • Eligibility for Returns:
    • Returns are accepted within 21 days from the date of purchase. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
    • We are happy to offer a full refund on full price merchandise purchased in case there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. 
  • Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team (Email: info@leatherluxe.com.au or CONTACT US page) within the specified timeframe. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and there may be administrative fees or restocking charges applicable, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.  
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and obtaining a proof of postage.
    • Refund:
      • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
      • On Sale Items Exchanges:
        • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase for items purchased on sale or during promotional offers.
        • Clearance Items:
          • Clearance or last-chance items are not eligible for returns.

        EXCHANGES Policy:

        We understand that sometimes you may wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style. Here's our Exchanges Policy:

          • Exchanges are accepted within 21 days from the date of purchase. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
          • Exchange Process:

We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.
            • Exchange Shipping:
              • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange, unless the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and obtaining a proof of postage.
              • Please note that there may be administrative fees or restocking charges applicable. Our Customer Support team will provide you with the necessary information and guide you through the process.
              • Exchange Confirmation:
                • Once we receive and inspect the exchanged item, we will confirm the availability of the requested product. If the requested item is available, we will proceed with the exchange. In the event that the requested item is not available, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative.

                Change of Mind:

                We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. If this is the case, please contact our Customer Support team (Email: info@leatherluxe.com.au or CONTACT US page) within one week of placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to order processing and fulfillment.

                • Please note that for change of mind requests, there may be administrative fees or restocking charges applicable. Our Customer Support team will provide you with the necessary information and guide you through the process.

                 

                 

                Please allow 10 business days from the date we confirm your refund for your return to be processed and your account to be credited. 


                Please note that our Returns and Exchanges Policy applies to online purchases only. For in-store purchases or products bought through authorized retailers, please refer to their respective policies.
