Warranty Coverage:

We offer up to 12 months warranty from the date of purchase, which covers any defects in materials or workmanship that may arise under normal use. This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Warranty Benefits:

If your luxury women's bag experiences any manufacturing defects within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product, or provide you with a store credit or refund, depending on the circumstances. Please note that any repairs or replacements will be done with an equivalent product or with comparable components based on availability.

Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, improper care, unauthorized repairs or modifications, natural wear and tear, or damage caused by third parties. It also does not cover any incidental or consequential damages.

Proof of Purchase:

To avail yourself of the warranty, a valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, will be required.
